What is Cupping?
Cupping uses warmed jars that, when placed on the skin, create suction. This suction allows blood and fluids to move into tight or congested muscle tissue to aid the body’s healing process.

What is Tui Na?
Tui Na is a Chinese form of body work that uses manual pressure and manipulation of muscles and acupressure points on the body to loosen muscles and relieve pain.

What other forms of treatment do you use?
